Objective:To research the effectiveness of the organizational innovative climate and psychological empowerment on Individual innovative behavior, in another word, whether the organizational innovative climate has an impact on Individual innovative behavior through the intermediary role of psychological empowerment.Methods:Total 332 employee from private enterprise in Changsha City were evaluated by the Organizational Innovative Climate Scale,Psychological Empowerment Scale and Individual Innovative Behavior Scale.Results:(1)ambiance and working mode can positive forecast individual innovative behavior, then team can negative forecast individual innovative behavior; (2) impact and meaning can positive forecast Individual innovative behavior; (3)the various dimensions of psychological empowerment are not significantly different in gender; the total score of psychological empowerment, meaning, self-determination and impact are significantly different in academic degree; The various dimensions of psychological empowerment are significantly different in terms of positions, work experience and marital status; (4) psychological empowerment have full effect between organizational innovative climate and Individual innovative behavior.Conclusion:The various dimensions of psychological empowerment are significantly different in terms of academic degree, positions, work experience and marital status. Organizational innovative climate and psychological empowerment are powerful predictor of Individual innovative behavior. Organizational innovative climate has an impact on individual innovative behavior through the intermediary role of psychological empowerment. |
