| With the trend of networking and platform-based organizational structure,enterprises are faced with changing external environment and severe emergencies at any time.In solving these important problems,artificial intelligence,cloud computing and other technical means are widely used,forcing enterprises to constantly adjust their organizational structure,and the way of enterprise management must also change with the change of organizational structure.How to through effective human resources management mode to meet the needs of the enterprise staff quickly adapt to the new era,the rapid deployment and integration of internal and external resources to inspire the staff’s innovation ability,improve the staff’s working efficiency,finally realizes the enterprise survival and development and maintain a competitive advantage for a long time,is now the practice of the Chinese enterprises to explore coping problems.Based on carding domestic and foreign related literature,this study based on organizational learning theory and job adaptation theory,build a flexible human resource management as the antecedent,organizational climate as a intervening variable,leadership style as a moderator variable,employee innovative behavior as a result of variable model,and puts forward the research hypothesis.To verify the hypothesis,this research through to the 62 companies,62 managers and 613 employees matching investigation,data entry and analysis by SPSS,through HLM,using the sample data across hierarchical analysis method to explore the flexible human resources management and the relationship between the employees’ innovative behavior,and in-depth analysis the mechanism of action of leadership style and organizational climate.The results show that :(1)the coordination of flexible human resource management and flexible resource management in flexible human resource management has a positive impact on employee innovation behavior;(2)Coordinating flexible human resource management and flexible resource management in flexible human resource management has positive influence on organizational climate;(3)There is a significant positive correlation between organizational climate and employees’ innovative behavior;(4)Organizational climate plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between flexible human resource management and employee innovation behavior;(5)Transformational leadership and transactional leadership moderated the mediating effect of organizational climate on flexible human resource management and employee innovation behavior. |
