The study focuses on discussing the predictive effects of the mental health to the special group, the employees in the private enterprises made by BIG-FIVE and the regulating effects operated by COPING in it, based on the relevant relations amony BIG-FIVE, COPING and mental health, by using the experience of the predecessors for reference and applying multi level regression to the researches so that a relevant theory model cam be gained for a good guide to the mental health consultation of the employees in the private enterprises. Aims:Mainly discussing the mental health impacts made by BIG-FIVE and COPING towards the employees of the private enterprises and trying to search for an effective coping model. Ways:Having made several questionnaire surveys to 456 subjects of 6 private enterprises in Changsha and Having done an analysis about the data by using descriptive statistics and multi-level regression. Conclusions:The other Controlled variables are closely related to the mental health level except that the sex, level of education are not obviously relevant to mental health. The predictive variable and dependent variable have distinct relation amony the models, also with every use of variable it can lead to the increasing ability of the explanation of the models. Meamwhile demographic variables can predict the mental health level, agreeableness and negative coping, intellects and negative coping can also greatly impact the level of the employees'mental health.
