| This paper,on the basis of previous studies,based on the theory of grammar, combining the theory of cognitive linguistics and based on Mr. Tang Xianqing (2004)'s the modal adverbs classification system, explore most typical of the modern Chinese "euphemism, inferred"modal adverbs, mainly to explore these modal adverbs'meaning in modern Chinese language, the original meaning, have appeared and evolved, and based on previous research results, to explore the modal adverbs'grammartic mechanism.Full-text divided into five chapters:Chapter I Introduction:Description of the research purpose, meaning, research theory, methods, and review most of the domestic modal Adverbs research results.The second chapter the Origin of monosyllabic "euphemism, inferred"modal adverbs in modern Chinese:For one monosyllabic "euphemism, inferred" modal adverb, according to their different sources, we have divided into virtual homonym under the guise and Content Words, while the Content Words from the tone of virtual adverb, we have from the original part of speech into verbs, adjectives and nouns into three categories, based on this classification, we conduct a meaningful basis to go into the virtual process.
