Wei, Jin and Six Dynasties are special historical stages of China, scholars placed great emphasis on individual literary talents and the image of one's tolerance. It is also a divided era. Northern and Southern breaking make literature develop independently in both different regions. Therefore, the official diplomats going to other nations which has become an important way for culture exchanging to the others.Diplomats were elites of scholar class at that time, they communicated and exchanged with scholars of other countries, promoted academic and culture of Northern and Southern Dynasties blending directly. The purpose of this paper is to quest the exchanging and blending process of Wei, Jin and Six Dynasties culture, according to diplomats who were the particular literary groups. This article will show us literary activity and literary writing of diplomats who took part in and wrote during travelling. Their literary works will be analyzed. techniques that they used in their works will be discussed, and we would be to observe their changes on literary style and literary thought. In addition, in the endless process, some phenomenon is the focus of this article. Such as the emergence of the north diplomat family, the identity of Southern old and well-known literature family went down, the circulation of books between north and south, by means of the relationship between diplomats and Wei, Jin and Six Dynasties literature to reproduce the true fusion of North-South literary.
