With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the increased internal communication, Chinese Language application value is elevated continuously. Also the demand for Chinese from the foreigners who come to China for business increases constantly. The quantity of foreign students who come to China learning Business Chinese grows with each passing day. Foreign multinational corporations will train their employees professional Chinese regularly every year. Besides, many foreign workers have no time to study Chinese systematically due to the busy routine work. They can only learn little professional Chinese in their discrete time. Currently, the Business Chinese courses that satisfy personalized needs make up a large proportion in the training market. The teaching profession studies very little in this area because of the difference between the learners and the learners'demand. It lacks of the scientific theories and methods in respect of the teaching quality, learning efficiency and material research of Chinese Business Teaching. Thus restricts the Business Chinese development in relevant levels.Firstly, this paper summarizes the orientation of Business Chinese, the properties and characteristics of Business Chinese as a special purpose teaching language, And analysis the system of current Chinese business development overall,pointed out the research of achievements and at present, This paper studies the problems to provide the most comprehensive reference.Secondly,according the ESP(English for Specific Purposes)theory, Adopt the international mature demand analysis model,Foreign business Chinese learners study meet in the context of daily work,must grasp of the language communication programs and learning objectives, Analysis of the business Chinese study, study personal characteristics of Chinese learners' learning attitude, learning motivation and learning strategies. Quantitative two factors, the demand for related projects, and comprehensive analysis of respondents demand characteristic and the maximum demand project.Finally, selection the business Chinese materials use frequency useded, and the higher requirement, to analysis the results of three sets of the Chinese business textbooks for its comprehensive,choice the conversation topics content, supplementary materials in the selection of business Chinese theme, and partial comparative study of the second chapter...
