The Purpose of this study was to detennine the status of the Teaching of Chinese piano works in China. The main content contained teaehing situation,student's learning attitude,and teache's application about the Chinese piano etude textbooks. Based on the survey reasults, a material of Chinese piano etudes for primary level of children was compiled.The methods of this study consisted two parts. Firstly, a questionnaire was applied. The samples included 114 piano teachers of six universities of five cities, suah as Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenyang, Wuhan and Xuzhou. Based on existing researchers, the reseacher compiled the questionaire "Investigation on teaching situation of Chinese piano works" as a research tool, the data was analyzed by descriptives statistics.And then, a material of Chinese piano etudes for primary level of children was compiled.The main conclusion includes:1.In university, some students non-musicology major has teached children playing piano. They have less of experiences and professinal knowledge.2. Most teachers think they are familiar to Chinese piano works textbooks. Between the books, there is not a one adapt to their courses.And, many teachers would like to use comprehensive Chinese piano works textbooks. But using the textbooks cannot solve technical problems when they playing Chinese piano works.3.For solving technical problems when students playing Chinese piano works, most teachers prefer Czerny etudes to Chinese piano etudes.4.Most of students and teachers are unfamiliar to general knowledges and speculative knowledges of Chinese traditional music and Chinese folk musical instruments. |
