Shuo Wen is by far the preservation Chongwen dictionary earlier and more complete. These Chongwen include both last level, such as Guwen, Zhouwen, and when level, such as Suzi, Huoti. This study is of Shuo Wen's Chongwen Phonogram Characters which is mainly refers to a group of words which both the Chongwen and its corresponding Standard Seal are Phonogram Characters. The research is carried out of 734 groups. And we study them by dividing them into three categories, such as the Chongwen which exchanged their form factor, the Chongwen which exchanged their vocal factor, the Chongwen which exchanged their form factor and vocal factor simultaneously, to explore its causes.We will study Phonogram Characters of each group of words with the last and when comparison of Chongwen and its Standard Seal. This paper discusses the types of relationship between their structure and their characteristics. These structural types is mainly for graphemes replacement, graphemes cutting or increasing, graphemes wrong form. This paper explored the internal causes such as pictophoneticization, evolution multiplication and classification, also discussed the external factors of Chongwen, such as the dialect differences, knowledge level, communication, convenient writing etc.This discussion can help show the development of Chinese differentiation, analysis of construction, search for pronunciation and interchangeability phenomenon. This discussion also has theoretical value to study the historical evolution of the Chinese characters form.
