This paper tries to alyze the departure of "harmonious",in order to reflect their ethical values and modern values.The content is divided into five parts.The first part is to discuss the meaning of "harmonious", to be able to make you a understanding the thought of "harmonious". The Southeast Asia is our close neighbors. Our history and cuture are forever inseparable. This paper tries to prove the "Harmonious "has been influenced.East Asia and Southeast Asia from the traditional history and realistic practice.From this ponit,we can argue the universality of "Harmonious "better.The fifith part, mainly illustrates "harmonious " must take responsibility as the universal significance.From the religious,domestic relationship-"peaceful unification, one county with two systems",thinking and the international relations-"The five principles for peaceful co-existence ".From the thought of "harmonious ",particularlly the "Harmonious but Different",we have perfect solved the many complex international affairs again and again to promote the country can better move forward.
