On Talent Ideology Of Wei And Jin Dynasties

In 1990s, the ancient Chinese ideologies of talents were organized and studied a lot. The achievement of those researches is important and makes known the ancient Chinese ideologies of talent to us so that we can reflect today's talent issues. However, some problem appears in their researches too, which is that the researches are too fragmented and without summary of the whole period's common ideologies. So in this paper, talent ideologies of Wei and Jin Dynasties will be studied from the perspective of Shi Shuo Xin Yu and researched entirely.This paper will be discussed in the following five aspects:Part1 "Preamble":There will be a brief introduction of Shi Shuo Xin Yu and its value of Talentics. And the ideologies of talents before Wei and Jin Dynasties will be reviewed. In this part, social circumstances of Wei and Jin Dynasties which will be taken as background of the discussion of the theme will be introduced, including political situation, electoral system, academic phenomenon, scholars'spiritual condition and the tragedy fate of talents in this period.Part2 "Chapter 1":The qualities of talents in Wei and Jin Dynasties will be discussed from the perspectives of moral, drinking and taking medicines, eloquence, appearance and temperament, literary talent and tolerance.Part3 "Chapter2":Talents'training in Wei and Jin Dynasties consisting of the public education, private education and family education will be introduced.Part4 "Chapter3":The electoral system in Wei and Jin Dynasties will be studied. Cha Ju system and Jiu Pin Zhong Zheng system will be respectively discussed.Part5 "Chapter4":The inspiration of talent ideologies in Wei and Jin Dynasties to today's talent ideas will be discussed in three aspects:valuing talents'moral; attaching much attention to family education; Strengthening the supervision of talents election.
