Research On Developing Cultural Resources Of Xinjiang Xibe

Recent years, the alien population is increasing rapidly. Network is becoming popular, many minority school and Han School has merged. With the impact of market economy,many Xibe culture resource is endangered. So the development and protection of Xibe culture resources is desperately needed.Xibe has a long history and unique culture. This article first conclude the Xibe culture resource, consulting with the theory and experience of developing culture resourcein our country or abroad. Currently,developing of Xibe culture resource is based on tourism and heritage protection,but is still stay in the developing stage, it lack effective deep excavation of national spirit and national unique historic culture resource. In the general view,with many reasons, the development of Xibe culture resource has several main problems:Object developed is not clear, the development way is single, lacking influential culture products, and the lacking of talent,all above seriously restrict the development of Xibe culture business. By searching literature, with deducting and reasoning method, we provide six advice to promote the development of Xibe culture resource:No.1 make clear the government function in developing Xibe culture resource.No.2 bring out various policy, plan long-term strategy for the development of culture resource.No.3,research deeply the hiostorical culture resource. No.4, To update the developing measures of Xibe minority cultural resources. No.5, To create some influential cultural products; No.6, To strengthen personnel cultivation for Xibe cultural development.Xibe minority has small population and is located within other ethnic minority autonomous region; Xibe's national resources need to be protected and cultivated in case its cultural resource would be ruined or cut off. Or we may use certain business way to turn Xibe national culture which takes the social development and cultural transmission as its feature into asset resource of economic value so as to realize economic profit accordingly. As one of the members of the Xibe minority, I am aware that our national culture attaches importance to the development of the whole nation, and hopefully, through my effort, the scientific development way will be followed for the Xibe Minority cultural resource.
