Study On The Government Functions Of Nantong In The Development Of Cultural Industry

Nowadays, with the new situation, most of development countries have a growing emphasis on the cultural industry's development, and cultural industry has gradually increased. But the cultural industry now is still an emerging industry which has infant character, so it is really in need of government's guide and promote. Nantong has solid foundation for developing into a cultural industry city and Nantong Government is playing an important role in the development of cultural industries. In recent years, with the active promotions of Nantong government, the cultural industry in Nantong has developed rapidly and achieved some initial goals. However, problems still exist, such as the weakness in the government functions part. So this article focuses on the role of government functions during the cultural industry development of Nantong City. Include the following studies:Analysis of the current situation of Nantong cultural industry development and government functions, including the achievements and the weakness of government functions, which lay down the solid foundation for the optimization of government functions. Analysis of the history of culture industry development of some cities of our country and other countries all over the world,and i generated the lessons from it to find out the suitable working mode for Nantong city. And based on the above analyses,i make out the recommendations about the improvement of Nantong city government functions, including the promotion,guidance,services and regulation part.
