The"Hong Band"tailoring shop is analyzed based upon details of shops, details of employees and employers, product categories and prices. Two industrial organizations including the Shanghai Western Suit Trade Association & the Shanghai Western Suit Trade Union and their contribution to the vocational education for"Hong Band Tailors"are briefly introduced.
