At syntactical level, sentence length, voices and sentence structure are analyzed. Textual analysis is carried out through the aspects of cohesion and coherence. The analysis of the stylistic features of business English will be the bases for the study of business English translation.Chapter 3 deals with the principles and techniques for business English translation mainly from the practical perspective with a large number of examples. (The examples come from the books which have been listed in the bibliography and notes for these examples will not be given again in the body of the thesis). Some frequently employed techniques in business translation are probed into in this part, such as, choice of words, conversion and division, which can make business translation more effectively and accurately. Finally, in chapter 4, some common improper business translation examples together with the requirements for qualified translators are given. Problems like misuse of definite article, inelegant use of words and translation difficulties resulting from culture differences are quite usual in business English translation practice. Translators must possess some necessary qualifications like language competence, sufficient knowledge of the respective cultures and the subject matter, as well as devotion to work, if they are to produce satisfactory versions.
