PengSunyi, who came from Wuyuan Town Haiyan County, Zhejiang Province, was a famous scholar and poet in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Peng comes from Haiyan prominent family, which built up from martial service, had every literary generation, received fortune from Ming dynasty. On the occasion of the Ming and Qing dynasty change, the family suffered heavy losses, many people died. PengSunyi become a hermit who dedicates himself to writing all the life. He has many articles. But this paper focuses on the contents and concepts of the MingzhaiCi, which has more extensive contents and more distinct theme under the influence of national responsibility and obligation. In the history of QingCi, MingzhaiCi can not be ignored because it inherits YunjianCi, learns from SuCi and XinCi, but has its own feature.Linking with social historical background, basing on the principle of 'ZhiRenLunShi', the paper cuts into the research of the MingzhaiCi. The significance of the research lies in many aspects which listed as follows:firstly, Peng is a poet who has distinct personality and vivid writing feature, so his articles have some research value because these words reflect social reality and true ideas of many hermits. Secondly, PengSunyi'Ci enhances the quality of the MingCi and improves the boom of QingCi. At last, PengSunyi'Ci must be evaluated and discussed again in the literary field in the Ming and Qing dynasties.
