Love and marriage are constant topic in the history of literature, the number of Literature which depicting love and marriage is countless form home and beyond, in the past and in the present. Nonetheless, in the seventeen years of the contemporary literal history, the works which depicting love and marriage was significantly disturbed by politics. The criticism was launched by the literal circle about the works like Xiao Yemu's "Between My Wife And Me" and Lu Ling's "Campign on the Depression". This made writers are very careful and darn't to write love and marriage in works. Though the words like'love' and'marriage' seemed a little out of time in the period of seventeen years, but many works about love and marriage were created in the 50s. This article is mainly about the character of the works on love and marriage in the 50s and the politics impact on the literature works and making clear how writers composed according the national policies.The major sources are these works about love and marriage in the 50s. The article is divided into three chapters excluding the prologue and the conclusion.The prologue mainly discusses the several peaks of creating works about love and marriage in the 50s, It indicates the reason for writing this article and the purpose of my research which based on the past researches.The first chapter mainly discusses the works about love and marriage under the shadow of "The Marriage Law" in the beginning of the 50s, understanding the patterns of these novels, analyzing the impact and effect of "The Marriage Law" inflicted on love and marriage of the youth in that age.The second chapter mainly concentrates on the marriage creation in "red classic", it analyzes their efforts for love that they long for in the dilemma between revolution and love, and their special understanding about revolution and love. Not only in choosing spouse or love, the main characters have to comply with the need of revolution and politics in the whole love process.The third chapter are mainly discussion about diverse literature creation under the effect of the policy of'double hundred principle'. these writers were aspired by policy to expanded to some extent, there is a great breakthrough in many aspects, such as the decision on topic, or the expression of the love and marriage, there are many parts about the eager for love and marriage and perplexity on the modern marriage. This leaded to a gloomy sense in the works. However, authors still couldn't escape from the political and ideological restriction under the background of 1950s. Therefore, these works about love and marriage was attached to the track of times.In the end, investigation three works are different depent on different policy.
