Study On The Construction Of Resources In The Internet Public Opinions Of Chinese Language

Language is an important part of our daily life. As the popularization of the internet, there are more ways for people to express their opinions. More and more people discuss the language issues on the internet, so the internet public opinions of Chinese language come into being. In this paper, the Internet Public Opinions is defined as the general situation that people express their viewpoints about the language hotspots issues on the internet. Wang Dengfeng, the deputy director of National Language Commission, said that in the language propaganda strategy, the first thing is to pay attention to the public opinions and feelings on language.In this paper, a large amount of web pages which contains the public opinions on Chinese language were collected and analyzed. The preprocessed materials were used to construct a system which contains the internet public opinions about the Chinese language issues. Constructing a dynamic system is an effective way to track the changing hotspots of language and also a necessary step for research report.There are five parts in the paper, discussing the basic principles and methods in resources construction, the investigation on the data of the internet public opinions, the resources sharing and the system maintaining, which all concentrate on the resources construction of the internet public opinions on Chinese language. The key part of the paper is in part three. In this part we chose "huoxingwen", a language hotspot on the internet, as an example to construct a resources system, which put our research into practice. With abundant data collecting and multi-dimensional analysis, this resources system can not only supply the user with overall information on the internet public opinions of the hotspot, but also provide helps for the government when establishing relevant policies.The significance of the paper lies in two aspects. The first one is researching in a pragmatic view. The paper chose the internet public opinions of Chinese language as the study object which has close relations to people's daily life. The second one is the dual research value. By constructing a resources system of the internet public opinions on Chinese language, this paper on one hand provides abundant data for further research, on the other hand, it is an example in constructing a resources system of the internet public opinions.
