The Value And The Achievement Of The Harmonious Culture

During the 80 years of struggle, the Communist Party of China has been always representing the orientation of advanced culture, building and carrying forward advanced culture that meets the requirements of revolutionary, construction and reformation. We have not only made great achievements in cultural construction, but also gained better understanding of law of cultural construction. In the new phase of development for building a well-off society in an all-round way, the Communist Party of China's Central Committee with Hu Jintao general secretary as its leader, emphasizes the needs to develop socialist advanced culture, to build a harmonious culture, and to realize China's socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.The subject of this paper is the value and realization of homonymous culture. The paper defines harmonious culture from several perspectives: the relationship between harmonious culture and harmonious economic, harmonious culture and harmonious society; cultural self-development; the cultural values. It points out that a harmonious culture advocates harmony and seeks harmony value orientation; that it gets financial thought concepts, ways of thinking, behavior and society together as a whole; that it reflects people's overall understanding of a harmonious society, the basic concepts and ideals of the pursuit; that it is an important part of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. Harmonious culture is a system, which is an organic unity of three levels: first, the inherent harmony and mutual harmony of different forms of culture, such as material culture, political culture, spiritual culture, etc; second, the concept and value systems of harmony; third, the use of the concept of a harmonious society and values to guide material life, political life and spiritual life to achieve the coordinated development of a state of harmony, which is our ideal of a harmonious society. By analyzing the concept of harmonious culture, the paper concludes that harmonious culture is the unity of national character and modern character, the unity of the diversity and the dominant and the unity of the ideal and the reality.The harmonious culture is an important theoretical result, which is got by putting Marxism with the actual of China's cultural construction together. It shows that the Communist Party of China's better understanding of the law and cultural construction, which is an important part of Chinese characteristics culture. The proposal of harmonious culture has great value: it is the promotion of cultural harmony in their own needs; is the spirit of support and the spirit of power of harmonious socialist society; is an inevitable requirement for the cohesion of the people; is conducive to building a harmonious society sincerity; is conducive to the protection of cultural rights and interests of the masses of the people implementation; is conducive to broad masses of the people to establish and practice the scientific concept of development.Finally, this paper presents the basic principles of the realization of a harmonious cultural value: seeking truth from facts, exploration and innovation, adhere to the guidance of Marxism, and people orientated. Also, the paper pointed out the specific solutions for the realization of a harmonious culture: to build the socialist core value system is fundamental for building a harmonious culture; to form a harmonious whole new concept within our party to promote social harmony and cultural harmony; to attach much importance to personnel to promote their enthusiasm; to enhance our civic and moral construction is cultural center aspect for building a harmonious culture; to develop education and science of building a harmonious culture is the basic way; to achieve cultural self-construction of a harmonious culture of harmony is the fundamental requirement; to comprehensively push forward the cultural system is system assurance; to create a harmonious atmosphere of public opinion is the important tasks of cultural construction.
