The dissertation discusses the social and history transformation of Auqan qosrγu through events which happened after Red Capped Rebellion. The dissertation is consisted of three parts. In preface, the author expatiated intention of project selection, researching survey, historical material, researching methods, innovation and special explain. In the first chapter, the author expatiates on location of Auqan qosiγu and social backgrounds of Red Capped Rebellion. In the second chapter, the author expatiates on miserable situation and almsgiving measures of Qing Dynasty after Red Capped Rebellion. In the third chapter, the author expatiates on strengthen of dominion in Auqan qosiγu of Qing Dynasty. In the forth chapter, the author discusses several events between Now Policy and perdition of Qing Dynasty. In conclusion, the author summarizes the thesis.
