The managerial Self-efficacy refers to the possibility of using their own managers have the ability or skills to complete administrative tasks of the evaluation of the degree of self-confidence. It does not mean that people with certain skills, means people can use their skills to carry out what the judge, to their ability to weigh the information, integration and assessment results, explore the structure of managerial self-efficacy, managers can improve the management of self-efficacy, to help improve the overall management level of enterprises, can enrich Chinese enterprise managers of the selection and assessment mechanism, to distinguish between excellent and mediocre managers.The purpose of this study in the literature analysis, based on interviews with 11 middle managers of an open questionnaire survey, reference to the existing self-efficacy theory, proposed management structure of self-efficacy. Prepared after a good reliability and validity of the management of self-efficacy questionnaire. Followed by the preparation of a questionnaire survey of 242 middle-level managers, study the management of their characteristics of self-efficacy, management of the impact of self-efficacy factors, management self-efficacy and the relationship between job performance, and management self-efficacy dimension of the relationship, further verified by the management theory of self-efficacy concept.The results are as follows:(1) The manger mangerrial self-efficacy Questionnaire has good reliability and validity.(2) The management of male managers a sense of self-efficacy was significantly higher than that of female managers.(3) Highly educated managers the level of managerial self-efficacy were significantly higher than those with low educational attainment of managers.(4) Longer the managers manage the management level of self-efficacy was significantly higher than the managers of the management of short life.(5) Managerial self-efficacy is positively correlated with performance.To sum up, In this study, a multi-method multi-perspective and validate the self-efficacy administrators to manage the structure of the scientific, through in-depth analysis of the above, contribute from their own and external factors on the management of effective intervention and control, managers to improve the management of self-efficacy, to help improve the overall management level of enterprises. Anyway, For administrators to manage self-efficacy research in the field of human resources management has a certain practical value.
