A Study Of Relation Between Local Education And Literature In Han And Jin Dynasty

There is natural relationship between education and literature. The sources and skills of creation for literature can be provided by education, while literature is the content and means of education, on which can education be relied to keep developing. the two promote and develop mutually. Han and Jin periods are not only the formative stages of Literature, but also the transitional and prosperous days of the development of Chinese education.According to the history of the occurrence and development of local education during these periods, The paper intends to review and explore the motive of literature which was going on the track of independent development.To begin with, the paper summarizes the situation of local education in Han and Jin Dynasty, which primarily consists in local prefectural state and private schools. District eparches and military officers represented the famous of official education and tangible results, in the meantime, a large number of private lectures holding by some educated master, which played a significant role in the local education of this period.Furthermore, the paper enumerates and surveys the Confucian classics education and literature education in detail from the content of local education in Han and Jin Dynasty. Besides, it is explored the interaction between the two in a course of development, especially focus on revealing how literature perception derived from and was born out of Confucian classics education.In addition, the paper observes and studies those writers who have local education achievements and work records, using bibiographic work contianed in "The whole ancient times, three generations, Qin and Han dynasty, the Three Kingdoms and six dynasty's articles"and"the Poem of Pre-Qin Han Wei Jin Southern and Nothern Dynasties"as specimen, in order to research into their pedagogical activities and kinds of literary creation. Thus, to indicate the ranks of literature writers were mainly trained by local education during these periods from such aspects like the liberation of copyright, article skill, etc.In the end, the paper reviews the development and growth of literature forms like poetries and prose poems, pointing out the inner impulse of literature forms were caused by local education in Han and Jin Dynasty.
