The growing importance of the English has highlighted with the advent of the information age, as well as the increasingly frequent international intercourse .English has become one of the basic means of survival in a highly competitive society for individuals. In our country English has been the top priority of education and teaching in every stage. Starting to learning from a relatively young age is a major international trend of foreign language learning,which makes child English education the focus of public attention. Kindergarden training schools are the institutions where kindergarten English teachers are trained.When we pay more attention on Kindergarden training schools and the pre-training of teachers,there are some realities we have to face.Faced with fierce society competition, English teachers of young children have been more expected. But the current kindergarten English education are being confused by a number of problems, such as the low-level qualifications of teachers, the outdated content and unsuitable teaching methods. In order to solve the problems above, first of all, good pre-service trainings are very necessary .Only qualified teachers can train qualified students. Then how to construct a effectual English teacher pre-service training system become the core problem of this study.This article consists of five parts .We give some constructive views about kindergarten English teachers pre-service training on the basis of the oretical study and questionnaires:The first part is Preface .In this part we give a reviewed about the origin ideas of this research, also the methods, and the recent situation of early childhood pre-service training of English teachers at home and abroad.The second part is an overview of the theories, first clearly described some basic concepts involved in this study; subsequently analysis the characteristics of child and the English language teaching for young child,then we point out some special objectives for the pre-service training as our criterions.Part three to Part five are the main body of this article.Firstly based on questionnaires and the oretical study we found that the early childhood pre-service English teacher training exist four obvious problems and we make a comprehensive analysis of the causes.Including, the source of the students,the recent structure of the cultivate teachers troop, the arrangement of the curriculum in pre-service English teacher training, as well as the problem about teaching materials and so on.By the analysis of these issues as well as the foreign kindergarten teacher pre-service training methods, we proposal some possible resolutions of the corresponding problems and we hope it can do some favour to improve the level of kindergarten English teacher pre-service training.
