With the enhancement of China’s national strength,Chinese has also received unprecedented attention in the world.Therefore,the demand for volunteer Chinese teacher is increasing.The importance of volunteer Chinese teacher as the main force to teach Chinese language and spread Chinese culture is self-evident.While sending a large number of volunteer Chinese teachers,we should also ensure the quality of volunteer Chinese teacher.Most of the teachers sent overseas to teach Chinese are mainly undergraduates,postgraduates and postgraduates who lack teaching experience.It is difficult to change the role from a student to a teacher.At this time,pre-job training and in-service training play indispensable roles,which help volunteer Chinese teachers adapt to overseas life quickly,achieve the teaching tasks and spread Chinese culture smoothly.This article will focus on the teacher training of volunteer Chinese teachers for elementary schools in Korea in 2019.The author will investigate the content’s and the curriculum setting’s Satisfaction of pre-job training,pre-job local training,and post-job training through the questionnaires and interviews.After the actual teaching test,the training results reflect the difficulties encountered in teaching,content requirements and suggestions by a corresponding evaluation,which contributes to better conduct teacher training.This article consists of three chapters.The first part is the introduction,which including the topic selection source introduction,research significance,research design and literature review.The first two chapters investigate and analyze contents of pre-departure training,local pre-job training,and in-service training,which include introduction the basic situation of training bases,volunteers,schools,and teaching issues.As well,the satisfaction and practicability analysis of training content and curriculum arrangement are presented in the first two chapters.Through analysis,it is found that pre-job training is the most satisfied and the most practical training.The article finds out that primary school Chinese teachers who teach independently do not receive enough attention.The content and curriculum settings are lack of specific objectives,and the curriculum arranged by the training bases seems irrationality.The third Chapter points out problems and puts forward specific and feasible suggestions for the training.
