Aiming at graduate students'anxiety, nervousness and other psychological problems appearing in the course of applying for a job, the thesis intends to investigate the final-year graduate students'employment anxiety, copying style and social support; the thesis discusses the relationships of the final-year graduate students'employment anxiety, copying style and social support. It provides theoretical support for vocational counsel of graduate students and psychological instruction.304 the final-year graduate students from the Northeast Normal University, Changchun University of Science and Technology and Harbin University of Industry were tested through State-Trait Anxiety Questionnaire, Xiaojihua's Copying Style Questionnaire and Xiaoshuiyuan's Social Support Scale. Through the analysis of the obtained data, the situation of graduate students'anxiety is known clearly. The differences among graduate students in the respects of copying style and social support are known through T-Tests and the analysis of variance, and the relationships of employment anxiety, copying style and social support are also discussed through relative analysis.Through the analysis, the following conclusions are generalized:1. The employment anxiety of the graduate students participating in this study is prevalent and serious.2. The employment anxiety of the graduate students is different in gender and the types of institutions.3. There exist gender differences in problem-solving, self-blame and rationalizing factors; the withdrawing factors are different in whether this student is the only child in the family or not; the differences in problem-solving factors of the graduate students from the Northeast Normal University, Changchun University of Science and Technology are very obvious; the illusion factors are different in the source of graduate students; in the respect of copying style, the differences of the graduate students with jod-hunting experiences and the ones without such experiences are not obvious.4. there are no differences of gender and job-hunting experiences in social support; in the respect of the total score of the subjective support and social support, there exist the differences in one-child or not and the types of institutions; in the respects of the subjective support, the degree of the use of support and the total score of support, there exist differences in the source of graduate students.5. Generally, there exists a close relationship between anxiety and coping style. State anxiety, trait anxiety, and anxiety scores are significantly negatively correlated with the problem-solving factor, whereas are significantly positively correlated with self-reproach factor, fantasy factor and backoff factor. Trait anxiety is significantly negatively correlated with subjective support, objective support scores. Anxiety scores are significantly negatively correlated with subjective support and support scores. Subjective support is significantly positively correlated with problem-solving factor and help factor, whereas is significantly negatively correlated with self-blame factor and retreat factor. The availability of support is significantly positively correlated with help. Support scores are significantly positively correlated with problem- solving factor and help factor, whereas are significantly negatively correlated with self-blame.6. The anxiety of the involved testees can be reduced by adopting active copying style and acquiring more social support.
