Contributing Factors Analysis In Anxiety Of Obtaining Employment Of University Graduate In Jiangsu

To explore the main contributing factors of college graduate in obtaining employment, The questionnaire of obtaining employment of university graduate is developed and probed among 499 university graduates. The result is:1.The total score in the anxiety of obtaining employment of university graduates hasn't significant difference between or among the different major, school, gender, district, job extent and the experience. 2. Some factor on the anxiety of obtaining employment has significant difference between the different sub-group.3.The analysis of correlation shows: The middle positive correlation exsist between the anxiety of obtaining employment and trait anxiety (r=0.525) . And some negative correlation exsist between the anxiety of obtaining employment and career decision making efficacy (r=-0.365) .The partial correlation shows that the trait anxiety has more important effect for the anxiety of obtaining employment.4.The stepwise regression shows that the career decision making self-efficacy and trait anxiety enter the regression equation. We can build the regressionequation : Y=44.061+0.752X₁-0.536X2 according to the data.
