Combining his earlier works and some revelant sources, this thesis makes a deep analysis of the ethics in Wittgenstein's Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus.The author tries to make a deeper, more exhaustive analysis on the basis of the debate on its essence of this works, pointing out what the real assence is.The author mainly solves the issue of ontological turn, and the issue of the relationship between "to say" and "not to say",both of which are the key of ethical studies on Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus.This study mainly includes:ontology of Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus;the ethics of "not to say";unfinished ethics. The study shows that Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus consists of the following contents:ethics is the purport of Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus;the objective of ethics is the pursuit of the meaning of life;the subject of ethics is metaphysical.Through the analysis, the author finds that the ethics of Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus is conveyed with the help of "to say" ---the real world; being duckweed, the ethics cannot be done otherwise.
