This thesis illustrates the objectives and teaching strategies for the development of students' Chinese quality in higher technical colleges in three parts:Introduction,Body and Conclusion.Introduction discusses the reason for the study,its purpose and the significance.At present College Chinese education encounters the problem peripherization,with less and less teaching hours,resulting in less enthusiasm of the teachers and less interest from the students.And even in some technical colleges there is no Chinese course,which makes the students' quality go down.Recently,the voice for the course has becoming higher and higher.In view of the current situation of Chinese teaching,the author tries to expound,based on the key logo for new course reform,the first logo---Chinese quality,the necessity of Chinese quality improvement in such colleges.The body goes at four levels.The first level,the research is done on the cultivation objective of service-oriented higher technical colleges.The author holds that such objectives involve thinking from two aspects: objective requirement of the work unit and subjective requirement of personal development of students.The second level,such aspects are discussed as the scientific connotation of Chinese quality,its features and psychological views.Chinese quality means a person's Chinese knowledge,ability and the height and level it reaches.The feature includes unitarity,universal relevance,dynamic practicality and organic entirety.The psychological views can be supported from the five categories of learning results from R.M.Gagne.The third level.The study of Chinese quality of students in service-oriented high technical colleges.It is also the key problem to be solved.Of all the Chinese qualities,culture attainment and utterance skills are the most important. Based on the concept of culture attainment,the author proposes that it should depend on collegiate Chinese teaching,recognizing the cut the human factor in Chinese course resource.And thus the possibility is argued that the human quality depends on the Chinese course.Then,the connotation of student's human quality and requirement of their speech skills are deduced.The fourth level.The thesis discusses the teaching strategy for realization of Chinese quality development,including selecting contents for teaching,reform the teaching model,and change the teaching assessment.The Conclusion summarizes the basic clue of the thesis,futures the explanation of research method,revealing the key characteristic of the study.
