An Analysis Of The Structure Of "You+NP+VP"

In this paper we analyze the semantic and pragmatic function of" you " in the structure, the condition and character of "NP" in the structure,the style of "VP" and the relation of the three parts.We divide the structure into two types and then analyze them.The first type is the Subjective-Object structure and the second is the several-verb structure.The first chapter is introduction.This part briefly introduce the achievement of our predecessors about the word of "you",the structure of "you +NP+VP" and the sentence including the word "you".Besides,introduce the purpose,meaning and the scope of the piece.The second chapter analyzes semantic and pragmatic features of the word "you" in the structure.The semantic is that the existence,own and possession.The pragmatic functions of "you" is that introduce the topic role of the word and the function of focus marker."NP" is topic and has the tendency of generalization with the development of language.The brief expression is that the scope of "NP" becomes wider.In the process of generalization of"NP","you + ren" is immobilized,more and more fi'equently used.This paper shows the reasons of the point of verbal communication and the Cognitive Linguistics.In the last,we analyze the types of the "VP" and the relations of the three parts.In the third Chapter,we first analyze the semantics of the word "you ",and then analyze the type of NP "and the condition of "NP" entering the structure.Besides,we analyze the types of the VP in the structure.In the last we analyze the semantic relation among them.The forth chapter is the conclusion part.There are two main elements:First,summed up the main contents of this article;second,put forward the main points of this article."you + NP + VP" can constitute two types of phrase structure,express several semantic relations,which reflects the "the principle of precision" and "broad-based" principle of the Chinese expression.
