A Study On Wang An-shi's Social Cultivation Thoughts

The tradition of value cultivation is a constant history in China. For it not only can standardize our internal but also plays a significant role in stabilize the state power and maintain social order. Having learned lessons from the late of Tang and Five Dynasties, the emperor of the Song dynasty, in order to consolidate their power, rebuilt a comparatively complete mode of cultivation to consummate feudal order and used a more integrated and more exquisite ideological system which permeated all aspects of our life. Under such background, Wang An-shi fused Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism, paid attention to educate people with social cultivation. He put up some profound and original opinions, as well as some effective methods. Such as, social cultivation directly affects the harmony and stability of society, the importance of the talents, develop the diversified social cultivation, combine rule of virtue with rule by law, scientifically and reasonably arrange Wang An-shi's Social Cultivation, etc.
