The Imperial Palace of the"Manchu State", the derivative of Japan aggressed upon China on 1930s, was taken as the pure"puppet state"misunderstand ably. The paper, aimed at the truth in the history and respecting the facts,Confirmed that the imperial Palace of the"Manchu"State was complete colonialist state in its facts searched and analyzed the relationship between the"Manchu"State and Japanese imperialist from the policy that Japan had taken to China, the goal that Japan had created the state, and the rule that the"Manchu"State had imposed politically and economically.The Mainland policy for China made by Japanese imperialist aimed at taking control the"Manchu"State and then ruled the whole China. For this reason, the war was engaged in by Japanese imperialist in China due to the warlords lacking the powerful force to defeat Japan. Puyi, who was the emperor of the"Manchu"State and serviced for Japan who wanted to colonize China and covered the goal, had"ruled"over the Northeast China from 1931 to 1945.In fact, as the tool that Japan dominated China, he worked for Japan in his office according Japanese policy totally and completely.The paper shows that the"Five years plan in Production","North Revive Plan"and immigration policy was the policy that Japan ruled China, which about Japan and"Manchu"state were together to create the new regime. Therefore, the"Manchu"State was the colonialist rule carried on the policy of Japanese colonial policy under Japanese controlled fully and strictly even though was the independent state appeared in front of the world.
