The Satisfaction Measurement On The Cancer Patients To Medical Service And The Influencing Factors

Objective:By using facet theory to construct scale on the satisfaction of cancer patients,we investigate three First Level Class A general hospital of Guiyang in Guizhou and collect datum about it.Furthermore,in order to enhance the service quality of medical organization and to offer scientific reference for cancer patients some helpful clinical psychological intervention,we try to find the influencing factor and analyze systematically patient satisfaction to medical staff on their technique and servings in all kinds of situation.Method:A total of 85 cases of cancer patients were investigated via filling out the questionnaire on satisfactory,based on facet theory. Statistical analyses were performed by SPSS software package.Results:(1) The females' satisfaction is lower than males(2) Verify and confirm the patient satisfaction scale containing 26 items by using facet theory.(3) The patient satisfaction scale has three dimensions and the configuration of it is a columniation distribution.(4) The satisfactory, degree is based on medical staff's service behavior and patients' coping style.(5) The status of anxiety and depression of cancer patients:there is no difference between sex and age in anxious;Younger and female patients are more gloomy.Conclusion;(1) The facet theory can be used in the investigation of the cancer-patient-satisfaction(2) The satisfactory of cancer patients has differences on demographic characteristic such as sex.age.etc.(3) The patients' satisfaction is also affected by the relationship between medical staff and patient,besides influenced by patients' coping style and mental stress.
