With the development of Chinese international promotion,the study on the teacher of Chinese international promotion has increased rapidly.After the founding of new China,especially since China's reforming and opening up,the Chinese government attaches great importance to the Chinese international promotion and the job of training and selecting the teachers is also reforming and advancing step by step and made a lot of results.However,the difference between the problems that is concerned at home and abroad is widespread.Our country has not yet established the scientific operational mechanism of Chinese international promotion.Especially after the end of the examination system in 2005,it does not appear related policies that regulate the issue of qualified Chinese international teachers.Teachers play a leading role in the teaching process,and they are the most important factors in educational development.Teachers are also the keys to the success.The systems of Chinese teacher training and selection has restricted the further development of Chinese international promotion.For these reasons,on the one hand,this article analyzes the content,function of the Chinese Teacher Certification system,as well as the implementation experience to promote the Teacher Certification in some countries such as Britain,Japan and South Korea;On the other hand,it does the interviews and questionnaires on the status of the implementation of the Chinese international promotion and the status of the system of teacher training and selecting.It was found that the main current factors constraint the implementation of the system of Chinese Teacher Certification are in the following:Firstly,the domestic law is not clear,while it will distinguish greatly the qualifications for teachers according to the law in other countries,and it has influenced the feasibility and authority of the implementation of the Chinese International Teacher Certification System;Secondly,because there are so many departments involved in the implementation of International Teacher Certification and it will influence the efficiency of the implementation of International Teacher Certification for the communication and coordination between them;Thirdly,the Chinese international promotion has the characteristics of diversity and variety of the object of education which increases the diversity and complexity of the eligibility criteria of Chinese international profession. Therefore,this article concludes that to perfect the system of Chinese International Teacher Certification,we should consider the following aspects:First,to improve the Chinese International Teacher Certification acquisition system,including jugding qualified teachers by examination as well as utilizing certification system to promote the implementation of the relevant professional Chinese push development;second,Chinese International Teacher Certification Teacher Certification should be related with other teacher's certificate to improve the quality of those certificates,and then finally win the recognition of foreign language teaching market,then improve the relevant laws,and employ teachers who has this certification among those sent volunteers in Chinese push activity and teachers in the selecting in Confucius Institute with preference.;Third,to establish special management agencies,an information management system and a clear deadline for the application of the certificate and certificate of the late sound management system.The end of this article also raised the need to further explore the issue of a few problems in order to help teachers to play the international supply of information,theoretical and practical role in guiding the expansion.
