Media ecology is a kind of science using ecological theories and methods to cultivate and discover the relationship between human being and media, society and nature; to finalize the rules and innate characters about its developing and moving. The apparel communication is not only one important part of the whole media communication, but also an important linker in ecological media communication cycle, which could reflect social consciousness and social psychology from all social groups. A healthy ecological cycle can benefit all things living in that, on the contrary, an unhealthy one could only produce disasters and destructions. Furthermore, the ecological apparel communication cycle is a small part of the whole ecological communication cycle, through that we can find out problems exist in people's spiritual life, and rectify those mistakes as soon as possible.Today's ecological communication system in China is not so healthy, and it has already given bad influences to the apparel communication. This paper would combine historical and present situations to analyse some symptomatic phenomena in present time apparel communication, and also find out the significance behind them. The writer would use media ecology theories to analyse the course and purpose of apparel communication, to know how apparel culture has influenced human being's all kinds of behaviors, to find potential problems in apparel communication and try to rectify them in early time. Healthy and correct apparel communication could lead people to good behaviors and dressing etiquette, and also could educate apparel audience in positive attitudes towards fashion. In order to make a peaceful and harmonious society in China today, apparel communication should be used and guided in proper ways. After all ,the mission for Chinese apparel communication is to broadcast national culture, and to resist some unhealty even post- colonialism cultural invasion. This paper would discuss how apparel communication could make Chinses culture international, not only globalized but also localized, and how to make a green and ethical ecological apparel communication in China.
