Based on fieldwork, this paper studies the new Chinese emigrants in Japan from Fuzhou, especially from Fuqing city. The first chapter is about the general situation of the new emigrants from Fuzhou. The second chapter analyses the reasons of migrating from political and economic factors, history tradition, migration culture and migration network, in order to understand their behavior more rationally. The third chapter investigates the migration tunnel, and find that it is pluralistic, but the majority hold student visa. The fourth chapter reveals the situation of their survival and development in Japan, and compares the similarities and differences of the first and the second generation of the new migration from Fuqing city since Chinese reform and openness. At the same time analyses their view to Japan and Japanese, in order to reinforce the relationship between China and Japan. The fifth chapter focuses on the positive and negative impact on their household. The sixth chapter analyses their tendency and reasons of the increase in the total number and the decrease in amplitude.All in all, the paper's purpose is to have a more all-around cognition of the new Chinese emigrants in Japan from Fuzhou, and the problems accompanying it. We not only expect the authority constitute more reasonable migration policy to promote the migration to flow orderly, but also expect the emigrants themselves, China and Japan all can benefit from it.
