Life And Death And The Variation

This article is intended to use a new method to explore the different aspects of their creative concept and literary environment .This method called"Thematology", which belongs to the parallel research in comparative literature.Human existence is the eternally unchanging fate of the literary motif. From the first chapter, the analysis is mainly base on it. Surrounding the motif of"life", Calvino and Wang Xiaobo choose two different ways in artistic creation: Firstly, pay close attention to the scrape of real existence through childishness perspective; Secondly, they both use ancient metaphor in the long history of mankind to think about human being's life. This metaphysical thinking with a realistic means of life, in which they use an art technique named "lightness". Surrounding the motif of "death", they firstly depict the meaningless of "death" under two abnormal circumstances: Calvino thought about "The World War II", and that Wang Xiaobo focus his depicts on the "Cultural Revolution", They express their concerns and accusations about the abnormal and non-human life forms. However, they apply themselves to pursuit the unlimited fun all the time, so in their works, they also describe a stunning "lead to live's death", with affirming the "death" to recognize the significance of the "life".Chapter 2 mainly analyzes on the theme of "variation". First of all, I make a pectination about the works of "variation" at all times and in all over the world, in order to introduce its origin and creation among the development. The comparison among Wang Xiaobo and Calvino focuses on the "materialization" and "inhuman". Objects and the environment(constitute by objects)make mankind changed, which called"Materialization", and the "inhuman" contains the catabolism from the oppression of others and self-alienation of the human. They advert that modern people fall into the siege inextricable dilemma in the consumption era which extremely rich in material goods. They also point out that people can't break the dilemma in human groups variation, In which they cleverly use a literary creation of "deformation" for their skills.
