Abstract: The large-scaled bacteriological war is the unprecedented anti-human atrocity by the Japanese fascists. Shiro Ishii, a frantic Japanese militarist, is eager to make the experiments and use of the germ weapons during the World War II. He is the prime criminal of the bacteriological wars during the Japanese second invasion of China. He directs the Japanese experiments and production of the germ weapons, organizes the Japanese bacteriological warriors, and builds up the network of the research and production throughout the main land of China. He plots and commands the large-scaled bacteriological wars, slaughtering Chinese people. The North China is a severely stricken area of the bacteriological wars. Shiro Ishii frequently holds military actions here, closely related to the bacteriological wars. He is involved in, in terms of technology and labor force, setting up the Japanese germ squadron Unit (A) 1855 in North China. He immediately commands the Japanese military bacteriological wars in North China. He is devoted to the experiments and production of the germ doses and weapons to meet the demand of the large-scaled bacteriological wars in the battlefields. For the speedy experiments of the germ weapons, the North China experiences are advocated in savagely using the living Chinese in the physical tests, and living anatomy. Significance is attached to the education of the superiority of the Japanese bacteriological wars to promote the research competence and self-protective awareness. Shiro Ishii is involved in the immediate plotting and commanding of the frequent diversified bacteriological wars in the North China. All this, therefore, adds to the disastrous poverty of the Chinese nation, even continuing the post-war harms.
