Through the study in comparative in legislation, academic and social atmosphere to the correlation experience of Japan and our own country's, this article trys to provide the model for the traditional construction craft inheritance protection,and point out the insufficiency of our country, as well as the further launches direction of our protection work.Finally, this article discuss the question of "urges mechanism to the artisan" to the traditional construction craft protection from three points of government, social and the artisan, proposed the urges establishment above the foundation of protection; establishment the economical support above the foundation of spiritual drivement;the establishment of new generation of artisan above the foundation of smritr man' protection.All these mechanisms fuses in together, forms the interdependence, affects mutually organic .
