| Based on the experiences of artistic creation, this paper briefly described the basic components of the composition of flowers and birds. Composition is the backbone of freehand brushwork. To compose the structure of picture is to deal with the contradictions between the unity of opposites in the appearance of paintings. The components and even a dot or a brush in the picture are closely related with its structure. So it is the same to the compositon of freehand brushwork flowers and birds painting. This paper studied the rules in composing freehand brushwork flowers and birds painting, which offers useful advice in practice. |
