Our so-called"Project-based Learning"obediences to the idea of value of the whole doctrining. Knowledge is regarded as the meaning concerning world created by individual, learner is regarded ad to be the freedom's exit of practicality . The learner puts great emphasis on the knowledge born, constitutes a common of practicality . Learning is the process that meaning emerges freely when a learner and the world meet. As traditional learning culture has already left the true meaning to promote and liberate a person's education ."Project-based Learning"doubtless undertakes the important responsibility to turn round the innate character of study, guides the direction of study."Education is not a knowledge on the rocking chair", it is a behavior, it is Meaningful just in the fulfillment! This test tries to make the experiment be a chance that"Project-based Learning"applies in technicai and vocational education realm to realize to educate the taledted person of the international competition and this is maybe the place of the testual research meaning.The introducrion part this thesis depicted the current state of research and fauft.The first chapter : Research-studying learning is based in secondary vocational schools is rooted in a specific environment, The language used in teaching the necessity of rational analysis. Note language in secondary vocational schools teaching in the implementation of the study of theoretical significance; The second chapter :I combine teaching in the front line, relying on the network, will study the idea of practice applies to the teaching and example of personal experience; The third chapter discusses the secondary vocational schools to carry out research to study the evaluation system, enabling to achieve the goal of teaching and research as provided for in ability-based, capacity goals, to promote the teaching of vocational schools.
