| This paper basically has research on the management and construction in the ethinic cultural communities with its related contents of the study along with the "Three Represents" as guidance, comprehensively implements the scientific concept of development, centering on cultural construction and developtment of communities of different ethnic areas in the overall situation as to pay attention to the theoretical and empirical combines meanwhile pursues theoretical and empirical research severally in order to put forward the new perspectives, concepts and ideas. In reponse to the cultural connotation and extension of different ethnic communities, privision of the cultural quality and quantity of different ethnic communities, and based on the principle of variable qualities of inter-related concepts.This paper points out how to figure out the cultural problems in all aspects and provides a theoretical basis. More than 20 years since China' s opening up; comparing to China's economic development, the cultural construction has lagged behind. At the same time, with the traditional society transitted to a modern society, the function of the family has shrinked further and the function of the community has gradually expanded, it causes the functions that belong to the family originally has been transitted to the community. community is a formation, culture is a content, therefore, enhancing cultural level in the community plays very important role for the cultural construction even China's modernization and rejuvenation.The study of the culture-building of the community began in the 1980s in China. After entering the 21st century, as China's modernization speeding up the process of traditional society become a modern society, the research of cultural construction of the community stepped into a new stage so that it continues to have deeper theoretical study. The researchers have made a number of creative points of views and results of theoretical researches on the cultural contents, functions, trends of development of communities, and a harmonious society, between new and traditional culture, and other aspects of the cultural relationship of the communities. But this paper focuses more on interdisciplinary combination, exerts the advantages of multi-disciplinary integration with organization sociology, culture sociology, urban sociology. In addition, to have research on the management and construction of ethnic cultural communities and related contents this paper views the following points: Firstly, the advanced culture is considered to be urgent for the development of the cultural construction in the community. Secondly: the development of ethnic communities need to play the special function in order to meet the people's needs, Thirdly, the harmonious development of ethnic cultures need to be supported by systematic theory. the last, Cultural characteristics of communities in the ethnic areas requirefurther relevant researches for an effective models. |
