The Organization Construction Of The South Bureau Of The Central Committee Of The Communist Party Of China And It's Experience During The Period Of Anti-Japanese War

The South Bureau of the Central Committee of Communist Party of China was set up in January 16th,1939, which is the representative organ of the Central Committee of Communist Party of China in the centre of the areas (Chongqing)which is ruled by National Party during the period of Anti-Japanese War and the early stage of Liberation War , respectively in charge of many Party organizations such as Sichuan , Yunnan , Guizhou, Hunan , Hubei , Guangdong , Guangxi , Jiangsu , Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Shanghai , Hong Kong, Macao ,including entire southern countries ruled by National Party as well as some enemy- occupied areas.The historic mission of South Bureau, which under the leadership of the Centre of CPC, was that leading people of all ranks in the nation-ruled areas to contrive to repel Japanese aggressor and build new China depended on people democracy while cooperated with the people in the base of anti-Japanese.In order to accomplish the significantly historic commission from CPC and Chinese people, the South Bureau attached great importance to the organization construction in the areas under National Party's ruling. They took effective measures to reinforce the organization construction, enhance the CPC's fighting power, strong ensure that successively carrying out CPC's policies combining with work experiences. All of those consolidated the base of organization for the victory of Anti-Japanese War even the war of liberation although in the dangerous and complicated situation. Because of the numerous accumulation of organization construction experiences, the South Bureau's works played a great role in the great CPC's construction in secret situation. These precious experiences had enriched organization construction theory in Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong theory, moreover, while in the CPC's organization construction practice, the South Bureau always insisted on taking proper, flexible forms of fighting, organization and work which still have important methodological reference value to CPC's construction in present.Based on some academic achievement, this paper checks and discusses the south bureau Party of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China construction in National party' ruling areas; reproduces a series of nimble way and effective measures, which in order to preserve, consolidate, develop, expand secret CPC's organ, adopted by South Bureau Party organizations of the Communist Party of China in secret situation;evaluates the south bureau organization of contribution to CPC , revolution and the people. Moreover, the author expect to make some contribution to the CPC's construction in new time through the paper in which assimilate the history wisdom and experiences by summarizing the construction history of south bureau.
