The Analysis On The Relationship Between LiShangyin's Love Poems And The Buddhism

In the latter years of Li Shangyin's life, he immersed himself in the Buddhism, although he was very spoony in his young , which seemed to be accidental, but there is inextricable relation between he and Buddhism, in the matter of fact, Buddhism is not a belief, but rather an anesthesia in spirit for Li Shangyin. In the view of Buddhism, Li Shangyin's poetry, especially the thought of his love poems ,conforms to the Buddhist doctrine in a way , perhaps it is not extremely clear, but in spirit may be interlinked. Candle of life is not out, love still on the trip. Li Shangyin realised it had no good, he tried to be quiet in his daily life, but never went out of love trap. Li Shangyin, in the period of youth , had a good relationship with Buddhism, Buddhist freedom and equality were reflected in his love poems naturally and conveyed the humane care for women. This thesis inquiries into Li Shangyin's love poems from the angle of Buddhism, particularly his titleless poems, which maybe will provide a new view.
