Abstract/Summary:
Raman who was born in Indian found Raman scatter domino offect in nineteen twenty-eight。It was not a kind of application value tool for a long time because of the weak intensity of Raman scatter and low energy of excitated lamp-house,until the appearance of laser and FT-Raman。Every two year an International Raman Spectrum conference will be held which is about the applications in medicine and biology.At present Raman spectum is widly used in material,oil,macromolecule,biology and pretecting environment and so on。As for analyse and testing,the technology of Raman spectrum and outer red spectrum can provide more information of the molecular's vibration modes。We mainly study carbon nanotubes and Painting and calligraphy using the technology of Raman spectrum。(1) In this experiment,citric acid is used,with ethanol as the carbon source,to produce catalysts for different combinations of Mo and Fe needed for production of single-walled carbon nano tubes(SWNTs for short).The Raman spectra technology is employed here to measure the characteristics of SWNTs.The experimental results indicate that the quality of SWNTs thus produced can be fully demonstrated by Raman spectra.High quality SWNTs cam be produced when Mo1Fe10 and Mo3Fe10 are placed at 9500C(2)On the basis of the above experiment,to produce SWNTs under such conditions:hydrous ethanol as the carbon sources,Mo1Fe10 as the catalyst,stabilizing the flow stream of Ar and changing the temperature.The results indicate that the SWNTs produced at 9500C is two times better in quality than those produced with anhydrous ethanol,which are further consolidated by the same result being produced through electron microscope.(3)Calligraphy and painting appraisal is a significant subject in collections and researches of them.The folk way of appraisal has its limitations due to subjectivity and empiric factors. Raman spectra technology is an effective way to identify and differentiate different material molecule structures through vibrating spectra.The dissertation analyses the different inkpad spectra and comes to the following conclusion that the inkpad Raman spectra produced by different producers differ sharply.(4) We bought ten piece of paper which was from differet companies in order to get further data by spectrum technology。It shows there is nearly no Raman peaks by 514nm and 1064nm excited.But there is large differet in their fluorescence and SEM.In conclusions,the dissertation has made a preliminary research into the use of Raman spectra in measuring the quality of carbon nanotubes,appraising the authenticity of paintings and calligraphy.Spectra technology has become an effective way to study molecule structures and therefore enjoys extensive use in such fields as nano materials,biomedicine and appraisal of cultural relics。...
