The Semantic Categories And Syntactic Representations Of The Adverbial Reduplicated '一+量词'

The reduplication of morden chinese is an important phenomenon in research. Quite a few articles have been written on the phenomenon of chinese verb or adjctive.However, few articles has been involved in the reduplication of chinese classifiers, especially in the structure of'一+量词',and there is no consistent standard about the definition of the structure. Based upon the former productions, this paper take the adverbial reduplicated'一+量词'as the object,focus on the characteristic of semantic categories and syntactic representations.The paper includes five sections:Introduction: this part first determine the object and range of present study. Then introduce summarilly the nema research results and the present situation. Finally, put the problem forward.The first part:the adverbial reduplicated'一+量词'has semantic foundation,which are abundant and description. The description provide possibility for adverbial reduplicated'一+量词'. The adverbial ability of reduplication is different. the semantic categories is divided into three according to the description: pattern, result state, persistent state.The second part:"pattern"of the adverbial reduplicated'一+量词'. The third part:"result state"of the adverbial reduplicated'一+量词'. The forth part:"persistent state"of the adverbial reduplicated'一+量词'. And in each part of the three, the author explores from two aspects: semantic categories and syntactic representations.The fifth part: make a conclusion for the whole text. Point out the related questions which have not yet solved and the following research direction.This text makes a more complete and more thorough study on the adverbial reduplicated'一+量词', and there are some new viewpoints:(1) Inspect the semantics and grammar characteristic of reduplicated'一+量词'in the adverbial position systematically and comprehensively for the first time ;(2) The grammatical meaning is decided by neither reduplication nor verb,but is the result of'semantic interaction'of the both ; (3) Find out the semantics levels of the adverbial reduplicated'一+量词',argue that it has a highly summary semantics meaning.The different semantic categories are developing on this foundation.
