Study On Canvassing In Zhan Guo Ce

Zhanguoce as an important historiographic work in our country, has recorded a great deal of reality about the talk between the kings and strategists and the stories of them, so has possessed very important communication value. However, people cast much greater attention on researching its literary value and historical value than its communication perspective for a long time .This paper takes on the Canvassing in Zhan Guo Ce as the object of study, At the beginning, the author summarizes the history of persuasion communication and organizes the important theory and study result. Then based on the content analysis and document analysis, the paper find out that the background of the times profoundly influenced the media and the strategies which the strategist possessed; strategists' canvassing, in essence, is the intellectual and political forces forming an alliance, which aims to fight for their own interests. Strategists' canvassing has an important inspiration significance to today.
