Existentialism is one of the most important philosophy schools in 20th century which has a major impact on Chinese literature. Nowadays, we have had a lot of academic achievements on existentialism. However, there is no clear distinction between atheism existentialism and theism existentialism in the Chinese literature with the different effects. In China, we have ignored the research of theism existentialism in particular. Therefore, this paper focus on several representative of contemporary Chinese writers from the relationship between theology of existentialism and contemporary Chinese literature, which re-examine the existentialism of contemporary Chinese literature and creative impact.At first, in introduction, this paper briefly discusses the philosophy meaning of existentialism. Under this main background, the existentialism exists the performance of the two main forms as well as the classification method, detailed the existence of the distinction between the two factions --the existentialism of atheism and the existentialism in Christian theology. In the first chapter, the paper pays attention to the theism existentialism; tries to tell us what the main content of theism existentialism is, what the continuation process of theism existentialism is, and who the representative thinkers are. And then, the paper tries to analysis the reasons why theism existentialism was spread and accepted in China. In the second chapter, the paper takes the several writers, Bei Cun, Shi Tiesheng and Hai Zi, as examples to analyze the impact of theism existentialism for Chinese literature. Several characteristics of literary creation of Chinese writers are given, namely: the theme of "drifting-revolt-redemption or flee", and "mysticism and the aesthetic implication of tragedy". In the third chapter, the paper focus on the creative differences among the three Chinese writers, Bei Cun, Shi Tiesheng and Hai Zi, which have been explored theological issues by theism existentialism and analyzed the possibility Chinese mode of theism existentialism. Finally, under the influence of the Chinese literary the conclusion of theism existentialism exists the ultimate concern to literary creation bearing a redemption function which further reflection of the values of contemporary Chinese intellectuals. As a result, the value viewpoint of Chinese intellectuals has been changed beyond the aesthetic tastes and aesthetic ideal.
