After a brief review of the value on justice of the western ideologists, Chinese Confucian and Marxism, as well as a consideration of the public decision-making, the justice of public decision-making can be displayed as the unification of the just operation of public power together with the just allocation of public benefit.In the second chapter, the ethical causes for the justice of government public decision-making are analyzed from two different dimensionalities.
