From the commanding heights of theory, modern vocabulary semantics from the perspective of a large number of corpus, the feasibility of combination method to trace Morpheme meaning is demonstrated on the basis of theoretical and practical aspect with semantic field theory, cognitive linguistics theory, the use of justice analysis and quantitative and qualitative methods.The full text is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1, brief descriptions of Introduction and summary of the system at home and abroad on investigation methods of Morpheme meaning ,the theoretical value of this study and application value, the research materials and methods are given in this part.Chapter II is of the significance of the traditional morphological study conducted to examine innovative and a summary of proposed use of "combination" tracing Morpheme meaning, which is the central arguments.
