| Urbanization is the strategy to promote regional economic and social development. In the process of urbanization, the construction and improvement of urban pattern is a very important theoretical and practical issues. A rational urban pattern of the region will have a positive leading role. Otherwise, unreasonable pattern will prohibit the development of the region. Urbanization rate of Jilin Province has always been higher than the national average, but the overall urban pattern still exists some problems, such as the unreasonable grade scale structure,the uneven spatial distribution of cities and towns,the industrial division among cities and towns is not clear and so on. This pattern doesn't have a positive impact and function on the development of the whole province.On the basis of Jilin Province, this article uses history experience for reference and regards the solving problems as a guide.Many relative research results are used in this article, for example: urban economics, regional economics, urban and rural planning and regional planning and other subjects related. From the point of overall development, this article studies the history,the present situation and the development trend of the whole province's urban pattern. Meanwhile, build a new basic framework of the urban pattern in 2020 of Jilin Province and try to put forward some countermeasures for the orderly evolution of the urban pattern. Through research, trying to resolve the contradictions and problems in the process of urbanization of Jilin Province, and strive to offer new ideas and new ways for the development of urban pattern in Jilin Province.The article's main contents include four parts:Part I: Regional condition for the formation and development of urban pattern in Jilin Province. Only when the development of urban pattern coordinated with the specific regional condition, maximum efficiency as a whole can be achieved. In this part, the author analyses the impact of location and traffic condition,natural and ecological condition and socio-economic condition on the formation and development of the provincial territory urban pattern systematically. This part does not only provide a basis for the study of history and present situation of Jilin Province's urban pattern, but also provide an objective basis for promoting the development of urban pattern in Jilin Province.Part II: Analysis of the urban pattern's historical basis in Jilin province. From a historical point, it summarizes the evolution process of the urban pattern in Jilin Province. The author holds that the historical process of the urban pattern in Jilin Province could be divided into three phases: The formation of towns in Jilin area in ancient times; the formation of modern city in Jilin province; the formation and development of contemporary urban system. On the basis of this three stages, summing up the historical characteristics of the urban pattern in Jilin Province, so as to lay a basis for the next step's analysis of the present situation and the development trend.Part III: Analysis of the urban pattern's present situation in Jilin Province. This part analyses the present situation of the urban pattern in Jilin Province from three respects, such as the spatial pattern of towns and cities, the scale constitute and the function type. Reveal the current characteristics and problems of the urban pattern in Jilin Province and lay a foundation for providing optional policy recommendations and countermeasures.Part IV: Analysis of the urban pattern's development trend in Jilin Province. According to the previous analysis, combined with the new background which the development of Jilin Province's urban pattern are facing, the author forecasts the future urban pattern in Jilin Province and finally try to put forward some practical countermeasures for the orderly development of Jilin Province's urban pattern . |
