Post-modernity Of The Chinese Contemporary Avant-garde Ficion

In the 1980's, with our country's reformationg and opening to the outside world in every aspect, various west modern culture, literature trend of thought flood in gradually. Among them, modernism and postmodernism, which is full of times color and novel distinctive scene, are especially conspicuous. It happened that Chinese contemporary literature is changing its type at that time, postmodernism effect has led to avant-garde fiction which is the originality in rising abruptly, composing one faction of our country in the new period literature.Avant-garde fiction came into being in the mid-1980s, the representative authors are Ma yuan, Ge fei, Hong feng, Sun Ganlu, Yu hua, Su tong, Ye Zhaoyan, Bei cun, Zha Xi Dawa, etc. Avant-garde fiction is reflecting the value of our country in new period literature facing times changes, adjusting renewal, probing, constructing a new model to create the road and the pattern, embodying the way accepting and choicing externally literature concept and creating draws lessons with the consciousness. Further affirming the close ralationships between Chinese avant-garde fiction and the west postmodernism literature, and analysing the culture, appreciation of the beauty connotation contained by avant-garde fiction post-modernity, are the keys and the value of studying avant-garde fiction.This article with the comparative literature cultural horizons, attempts to study the cause of avant-garde fiction in the influence of western culture and Chinese cultural changes and the innovative value and contribution to our contemporary literature in development.The article is divided into three parts, the first part, mainly explains the historical-culture background about avant-garde fiction. The changes of western culture in the late 20^th century, accordingly, the rise of the postmodernism culture and literature trend of thought, compose the world's historical-culture background of avant-garde fiction. The historical background of Chinese reformation and opening to the outside world and the contemporary literature changing in the 80's, are the native historical-culture background of avant-garde fiction. Avant-garde fiction is a special literature phenomenon, which comes into being in the background of the influence of western postmodernism and Chinese contemporary literature seeking new literature road. The second part, from the perspective of the changes in form, mainly explains the set of avant-garde fiction different from unique personality the traditional novels, namely the post-modernity of avant-garde fiction. It starts the analysis mainly from the narrative trap, duplication and parody, and language games. The third part argues, the aesthetic aspect from the meaning of avant-garde fiction, the fact that the avant-garde fiction overturn the "person" and "history" in reality. Firstly, avant-garde fiction no longer cares about the reality of "person", the characters,whose existence is ridiculous in the novels become symbols. Secondly history lost the established logic systems, and even non-existent history. Furthermore the theme of fiction is no longer fixed and the value of the traditional novel was overturned. Through the analysis of these three sections, the article inquires into the relevance of the writing style of avant-garde fiction and the west postmodern novel.
